  Thanks so much for the killer session Avada, anytime I'm in freo I'll be dropping in. This box, these coach, the vibes are all on point! As soon as I walked in I fell in love with the trampoline and the place. Looking forward to the next session! Cheers guys ????

  I was visiting family in Australia, and oh god first 2 weeks were non stop dine outs on daily basis, not to mention the desserts lol. I decided that I needed some motivation to get back into shape, and my cousin recommended I jump in to Crossfit avada and I might actually work out because I am far away from ever stepping into a gym, never lasted more than a day .. I was pretty surprised .. to benefit from a work out and not feel the hour time that passed which is brand new to me .. trainers had skilled work outs that I felt benefiting from throughout my body. Amazing atmosphere, and it was setup right .. I'd definitely go again the next time I come to Aussie!

  CrossFit is fantastic if you are ready to challenge yourself (if not you needn't apply). You can only grow outside your comfort zone and can only get as far as you push yourself. CrossFit Avada is a tight knit community of generous, like minded people who all value health and well being. We have a fantastic trainer who is very knowledgeable and supportive. He always puts technique over loading more weight but is also there to push you when you start to get comfortable. It is also guaranteed you wont repeat a workout for a year!!! I would LOVE to see any other ordinary gym make the same comment!!!!
