They were fine when nothing was going wrong with my rental property, but as soon as issues arose they were bullying and outright nasty! I will never list with them again. My property is in a terrible condition now that I have asked for it back and I can't get compensation since the most recent tenant proved it was in this condition prior to them moving in. Apparently they did not do a thorough inspection from one tenant to the next and now I have to pay the costs. I also feel sorry for the most recent tenant to have to go to court to prove their innocence. They were nice and friendly and kind prior to me asking for my property back for resale, then they were bullying and threatening.
