  Had no idea how her ideas were affecting my bi polar and after a few sessions I was becoming depressed and anxious. My anxiety became too much to return. Loved listening to her own voice and broke off listening to my traumatic experiences. Showed no empathy. My psychiatrist spent a long time making me safe. I wasnt going to let her ruin it.

  The first psychologist I saw wasn't the right fit for me & when I rang the receptionist to tell her, she made me feel normal & ok about requesting to see another psychologist. She asked me all the right questions to find me a more suitable psychologist & I didn't have to wait too long. I have had 9 sessions with my psychologist (Lisa Dawson) who has helped me so much. I would highly recommend this clinic!

  I have attended Cygnet Clinic after a series of traumatic life events, all the professionals I have encountered there have all been highly skilled, knowledgeable, practical, flexible and empathetic.
  I am quite sure without their commitment and dedication to, not only their profession, but their clients as individuals - I would not be here.
  I highly recommend this practice and their wonderful support staff. I have referred several of my friends with excellent feedback and positive results surrounding their personal challenges.

  The staff at Cygnet clinic are professional, knowledgeable and very caring. They are highly skilled at what they do and I have found that they have changed my way of thinking about things just from casual conversation. I have been a client of Cygnet clinic for a few years now and they have helped me regain control of my life just by having a place to go where I can have a bit of a download.

  The fabulous receptionists at Midland Cygnet managed to get me off the waitlist and in to see my suggested exceptional clinical psychologist almost immediately and I am Currently being treated with already excellent results as far as I can tell since I am feeling much better in quite a short span of time.
