  I have never been to a day spa before and this was my first time. I went with my friend and we got massages and facials. The receptionist on the way in was very friendly and sweet in person and super polite when I booked the appointment over the phone. The facilities were lovely, clean and peaceful. The ladies that took care of us were both very nice and their massage/facial was amazing! Felt so so relaxed. They gave us a skincare plan afterwards and suggested products on the plan but when we went to pay, the other receptionist was so polite, sweet and nice and didn't pressure us at all to buy any products. I am more than pleased with my day there and would definitely return in future. Amazing staff and service. I would recommend this experience to anyone 10/10.

  I really love the experience every time I go here. I've had the rest and restore massage twice and will be getting again. I've also had a facial which was brilliant. All the staff have been very friendly and professional.
  The only negative is that every booking I've made I've then been called the day before and asked to come earlier or later. To have that happen on all three bookings has been inconvenient for me.

  Clean and peaceful ambience. Literally everything you expect a decent spa would be. Surrender spa is the best if you’re torn between a massage and a facial!

  Went there for my birthday treatment (facial&massage) and I loved it! Very kind and attentive staff. The place was clean and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and go back :)

  Have been to Endota spa a few times and had great experiences. The most recent experience however was terrible. My sister and I went to Endota Spa Fremantle on Saturday 28/09/2019. Arrived 1240 for a 1245 appointment. Once arrived was told the appointment was at 130pm - we were never advised of the change. At time of booking, we requested separate treatment rooms, upon being shown the treatment room we were together (again! This happened last time as well). We booked the 50min organic facial - we went in the room at 120pm, 5 mins to change, 5min skin discussion then treatment started. We were then told it was over (not gently) at 2pm, therefore treatment was not 50mins - only 30mins! We were highly disappointed at the whole experience. We were making an annual weekend to Endota Fremantle which we have done the last 2 years, after this experience we will be needing to find a new spa.

  Had a lovely facial and massage here. Felt totally comfortable and relaxed - no rush and pressure. Would highly recommend!

  Super calming, amazing staff, everything you need in a spa. When I went in for my appointment they receptionist greeted me so kindly and she took me down to their relax lounge and offered me a cup of tea. The music was super calming, the smell was amazing and the tea is one of the best. Then I barley waited at all to be greeted by one of the staff members they were so kind showed me to my treatment room. The whole place was so tidy and they helped me do what was best for my skin and now I feel so confident about it. My skin is so soft and my mind is so relaxed. I definitely recommend going there.
