  Chain hotel with a personal feel. Excellent breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly with requests. It was a no fuss stay which was refreshing. We ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed this particular hotel so much. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable too. No complaints from us. Had some issues with housekeeping but the front desk handled them promptly and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely return again.

  Very decent accommodation in a nice location near the Fremantle foreshore and marina. I was impressed by the size of the restaurant atrium inside the hotel, which seemed bigger than the hotel had looked from the outside. A well known local food option is Cicerello's, just across the park.

  We had the exceptional service from the Valet,Concierge and Reception. All of the staff we encountered on our stay were friendly and you could tell they enjoyed their various duties. The room we had was superb with the parkland views.. The complementary buffet breakfast had a huge selection and was delicious!

  This is an good place to stay in the iconic Fremantle.
  
  Great location and facilities.
  
  The rooms are very modern and very well stocked and prices of the mini bar are pretty reasonable.
  
  Layout is a bit odd and corridor little small but i guess it is what it is and not a big issue.
  
  Bar and restaurant are well placed and you will enjoy using them. Bar has a great view of the park across the road.
  
  The noise in the corridors travel very well and you will hear all the comings and goings or neighbours. Keys are very sensitive to magnetic forces and had to get ours re coded several times.
  
  Would stay again and looking forward to it.

  The reception staff were so friendly and helpful that my stay started with an excellent vibe. This continued as the housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were all so friendly. The room was spacious and the coffee counter was very nice. The bathroom was large and very clean. There are options for dining. The buffet at breakfast was full of tempting choices and really good coffee. The hotel has 2 lovely pools and a resort feel. The historic building and great location just added to the positive experience.
