  My son's girlfriend went to have a pcr test for her requirements for her flight back home to Japan, the lady that getting the information was so rude and unprofessional and very sad to learned that she's a Filipina. She yelled to her because shes a soft spoken person. They should be a bit respectful of person's personality especially they are in the front line. The date wass 07/04/2022 around 2pm.

  Although the Web states that it is open on Saturday, it is not. Please do not waste your time going on a Saturday. Maybe ring first to see if this has changed.

  Get ready to waste your time. I was initially told I would have to wait 50 minutes, which I agreed. After waiting for 67 minutes, I asked if I needed to wait more, and they simply said, it will be another 15 minutes. I'm sitting here currently waiting for my test to happen after 20 more minutes of wait. They believe their time is more valuable than the one of their customers. Get a booking system or do something to address those waiting times.
  On the bright side the nurses where very professional and approachable

  I've been here a couple of times now for pregnancy related blood tests. They were fabulous especially since I have hard to get to veins. I had one test which required me to sit there for 2 hrs. They took good care of me and made sure I was doing ok.

  Very poor customer service!! My husband had to wait for almost 2 hours to be called for bloods only to find out that they have lost his paperwork he placed in the tray!
  He had to cancel work today and put his health first yet someone who clearly lacks knowledge and skills had to waste his time.
  Such time-wasters need to be professionally trained again or get education whatever that needs to be done so that they don't waste other people's time.
