  Extremely rude staff and poor service. You can buy nice jewellery in many places these days but what you can’t put a price on is customer service. The store is not a warm and welcoming environment and this changed my mind immediately as to whether I was willing to spend my money there.

  Came in with a simple request trying to sort something out for my mother, and the staff here were completely unhelpful and utterly rude! Not sure if someone’s having a bad day- but I won’t be back! Thanks for nothing team! Great work!

  I only have wonderful things to say about Creations Jewellery for their fantastic service and incredible final product on a very special custom piece! I bought in a very special piece (woven bracelet) and the team were amazing in creating a completely unique and exactly to scale silver bangle based on the design of the original piece. So much care was given to making sure the bangle was exactly as I wanted it, the jewellers checked in with me multiple times throughout the process to make sure the design was coming along exactly as I wanted and made sure that I was completely happy with each step of the design process before they went any further, and they were so understanding of how important the story behind this piece was for me. The final product is EXACTLY what I had in mind, very sturdy but almost an exact replica of the original piece. I could not be happier with how it turned out, and there’s no other jeweller that could have made this item as perfectly as Creations Jewellery did. I will have this piece with me forever, and will always remember the care that the jewellers put in to creating this special piece for me. I cannot thank them enough, and could not recommend them any higher!!
