  Bitterly disappointed in the outcome of our recent move in Perth. We were promised a large truck; two small ones were sent. The team arrived an hour late and this cost additional money due to the return trip for the remainder of the household goods which would not fit on the two smaller trucks being made in peak hour traffic.
  I have provided the local contact with three opportunities to respond to my feedback and after being promised a response to my first email, two subsequent emails have been completely ignored.
  The team who did the removal were good, this is just a classic case of a business trying to get away with not what was promised and the extra hours spent now comes at a cost to the customer.
  Sad to have to put up a negative review when you were recommended by a highly competent Real Estate team to us, which we will pass on the feedback on to.
  Two weeks for a response Gean was too long to wait.
  Your promised a 10 tone truck in your quote, this would have made the move possible in one trip and now we are out of pocket by several hundred dollars.

  Super friendly team doing the move and they did a great job, but was promised two movers and one large truck or two small trucks but they brought one small truck with two movers. Of course all the furniture wouldn't fit so they had to get a second truck and second team of two to finish the move and charged full price for the second team including their travel, so it cost us a bit more than it should have due to double travel time which left a bit of a sour taste on what was otherwise a great experience.

  Ivan and Kepa were assigned as my removalists and they were outstanding; professional, brilliant customer service and fantastic product knowledge. They made my shift so much easier with their efficiency and good humour- highly recommend!

  I choose these removalist as I thought they were local - their address say 406 South Fremantle just 5 minutes from our house. this seems to be a fake address as when we got confirmation email it said they would come from Bibra Lake (and charged us travel time from there and back even though they were going on to another job and not returning to depot. We only hired the people as we had our own truck and paid full price for truck & 2 people which we were happy to do but then being charged for them to drive to their next job seems wrong - when they called me the phone number was from Victoria so definitely not local! They were quite slow and took a lot longer than other removalists we have used.

  The experience has been smooth and easy from the beginning, getting the quote and booking the job. The removalists on the day were excellent, quick and in good spirits.
