Despite contacting Little Posy Co on the day via both email and phone received no response. Subsequently contacted via email to advise that 'the card had gotten lost and the delivery driver did not know where to send them'. No efforts made to remediate the situation and a rather rude email advising that they had processed a refund. Particularly disappointing as I had heard very good things.
