- David Brash Added December 29, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We wanted a quiet place to eat that wasnt noisey. This bar is that, the atmosphere was great. We ordered the best steak sandwich and the meal was honestly great. I have 2 criticisms 1: there was a lack of decent craft beer on tap, and with so many available locally it doesnt make sense. The ball and chain in the same building has a better sellection.
2: prepare to have your wallet raped on the drink prices.. $10 for a cider stubbie, $11 for a little creatures stubbie (a pint is $11 across the road and a 6 pack is only $22!) A pint of peroni will sting you $12..
So food is good drinks bill ruins the whole experience and left us feeling ripped off..
